which direction? I may have to leave a bit earlier so I can get back for Wrestling.

I would prefer into the wind on rt10, enhance the training a bit. Could head out at 7:00 if needed, might be a bit chilly that early however.

7am sounds good. I did a loop this morning at 8 and the traffic was awful.
