Welcome to the 2009 Claremont Cycle Depot Club season,
It is once again time to submit your yearly memberships and order new clothing for the upcoming cycling season. This year the offerings include shorts, gloves, and jackets along with the jerseys. Attached with this e-mail you will find an order form and sizing chart. Due to the current economic conditions (I bet your sick of hearing that), we will not be soliciting new sponsorships this year. To show our gratitude for the past support, all sponsors from last year will be carried over to the 2009 gear at no charge. To keep it simple on our end, there will be no change in the design for this year. There will still be a discount for members, but not quite as steep this time around and it will only apply to one jersey and one pair of shorts. Additional items will be at full price, though still a pretty good deal. You must wear a 2008 or 2009 jersey during any 2009 events to receive race reimbursement. You must be a current CCD bike club member to purchase this gear. The latest club membership form can be found on the club website, or you can sign up at Cycle Depot. One last rule, you must buy at least one jersey in order to purchase any of the other gear being offered. Our goal is to have the new clothing in your hands by early May. In order to achieve this goal, we must have your completed order form and payment no later than March 1st. We will send an e-mail when clothing is ready, you will be able to pick up your order at Cycle Depot. My apologies if you have received this e-mail twice.
