Great time doing Rockboy Snowshoe intervals. All the way to top of Coit with no light except moon and stars. Finish up with big bowl of excellent Christina beef stew and bottle of beer. Thanks for the guide and food.

Hopefully you gained more calories in stew and beer than you burned on the hike. Do not want you guys gaining any uphill advantages from these outings. [img:7c60f52a7e]http://www.team-pinnacle.org/albums/bc_personal/120x90.png[/img:7c60f52a7e]

If you're left in the dust this season Brian, let it be known you could have come along on the snowshoes as well. :D Ryan

You won't have to worry about me on the hills. I think Ryan purposely pushed the pace yesterday, especially on the downhills, knowing I'd be dumb enough to hang in and re-injur my calf/achilles. A slight injury that initially occurred four days before, but now is a little more nagging.

Now, Now, Dana, if you go telling everyone my plan no one will come play with me . It's a lot harder climbing to the top of the Pinnacle Pile if I have to earn it.
