Welcome back! Spring has sprung and group road rides are back at Claremont Cycle Depot! Our 2 weekly group road rides are back on point starting Monday, April 13th. Rides will leave from the parking lot at 5:45 (6pm as spring turns into summer w/ more light available) every Monday and Thursday.

Call the shop w/ questions at 603-542-2453 and ask for Bob or Jason.

Last night's ride in Claremont with CCD was a good workout for me. Unfortunately, Dan had mechanical problems which took him out of the lead group. There were twelve riders in all. Its always nice to get over there and ride with a different group (other than TP), thanks for the ride.

I rode with the Claremont group last night. We did the Mt. Ascutney loop counter clockwise. It involved some fast climbs, fast pacelines and tons of sprinting. There was probably 20 people in the group and I was stuck at the back of the pack for the first couple sprints. After that, I brought myself to the front of the group and stayed there for the rest of the ride. I think I won 4 of the sprints and got 3rd place in the NH/VT state line sprint. I really wanted that one, but the 1st/2nd place guys went by me VERY far left and I just couldn't slide over and close the gap in time.

Legs were very tired afterwards.
