Just got back from a 30 mile ride with my little brother. Michigan weather is great but the traffic here is worse than in our area of NH. I was on his 1980 Fuji 12 speed size 61 with 28c tires. Shifters on the down tube. A little big for me. Rides like a Cadillac.
