It's 11:30 and I just got home. Sorry I missed the wings and beer but I found out that Morphine is good. After all the checking and poking and twisting and CAT scans it is determined that there are no broken bones and that I have a badly sprained shoulder. I took a big hit in the area of the right deltoid and pushed everything in and up. I have a sling and it hurts like hell I'll give it a few days and try the stationary bike in a few positions to see how it feels. If it's not feeling better in a few days I will need to get another exam. Thanks to Mark and Dana for the transportation and everyone else for the concern and well wishes. Off to bed.

I hope you have a quick healing cycle Dan. It sucks being off the bike!

I thought i had it bad by missing you guys and then ripping my derailer hanger off and getting back to the car at 9- hmm guess not,
Dan heal quickly. extra calcium, fruits, veggies and some nice rest- you'll be flying for the second half just like Lance!
