Looks like the Cornish crew is planning on doing their annual Solstice ride soon. Any interest?

It sounds like a Wed night, not sure of date yet, details to follow.

The Details are in:

Wednesday (July 1st) at Jim Osterlund's house at 5:00 pm (East Rd in Cornish). It will be a 31 + mile ride around the park.

I know this is in conflict with the Stage Race, any chance we could push back the Springfield loop? This is a great warmup for Great Glen so I'm planning on doing Corbin Park ride instead. If not I will ride Springfield Solo if time permits.

I will do the solstice ride around Corbin Park and make up the Springfield Loop later. I need the long MTB and night riding for 24HOGG. I'm also riding Putney on the following Sunday. I did the Springfield Loop yesterday, so I could use that fast time.

Nathan, would love to have you along. Dana & I are meeting at my house at 4pm on Wed to head over to Cornish.

We are meeting the Cornish group at Jim Osterlund's house on East Rd in Cornish, same place as last year.

Ok, this just in. [b:759f7758a5]Fence ride has been officially pushed off until next Wed. July 1st. [/b:759f7758a5] I have updated the other posts to reflect the new date.

Hopefully we will get some good weather before then, this lack of sun is getting old.

Well, looks like Nathan is no longer on the fence.

Ryan any word on the Corbin Loop ride? Is it going off tonight or getting postponed for another week?

[b:ecce3ae047]Corbin Park ride is postponed, again.[/b:ecce3ae047] I do not have a reschedule date yet but will update with details when I get them.

I venture to guess if this weather keeps up the Solstice Ride will be cancelled. Good news is, they usually do it in the fall too, so we probably have at least one more shot this year.

I plan to start doing a lot more mtbing if the weather will ever break. I will likely do a couple 20 plus milers and if those go well perhaps organize our own Corbin Park ride.
