Blasphemy alert: Non-pinnacle event!

Central NH NEMBA Trail Day

Meeting at Franklin Falls Dam @ 8am
Granite Dr.
Franklin, NH

Exit 22 off I-93, South on Rt. 127 for 3-4 miles, Dam is on your right. Take a look at the trailheads maps to get directions: www.bit.ly/trailheads

We will be building a new trail that will require a bit of bench cutting and we need all the muscle we can get!

It will start by Rusty Bucket, wind down the hill to Salmon brook, then come out over by Lost Wall. It'll feature rolling bench cut, switchbacks, big rocks, and lots of awesome! Those who have ridden Franklin know that it is almost entirely buff, fast, and flowy. This trail will be more technical and rocky. It should add some nice variety to the area.

The club will provide tools, but feel free to bring your favorite McLoed, pulaski, mattock, rogue hoe, gravel rake, tamper or shovel.

We will probably work until about 12pm-1pm and then we plan on a little cook out and possibly a ride time permitting.

I'd love to be there Jesse, but am out of town until later in the week.

Even if you don't make the trail day, you should check the place out for a ride. It is a fun change of pace from our standard diet of rocks & roots. It is a great place to bring beginners, but is still fun for an experienced rider to rip around.
