Anyone know how Moody looks these days? Has it been cleaned up or ridden at all? Looking for local night ride alternatives.

I was in moody this week and it is in good shape.

Downed trees from the spring are all cleaned up, gravity cavity bridge is repaired, mud spots are pretty much all dried up.

Does anyone know about Cornish? I hear at the beginning of the season that it was trashed by logging, but when I rode there a few weeks ago it was hardly affected at all. Then, I heard another report more recently that it is trashed.

I did a couple laps of the old race loop in moody on wednesday, and Jesse is dead on... My bike came out clean like I was on pavement! I've never seen it this dry before! It rides very fast! It'll be a good for a night riding area for sure.

Cornish: If you enter via Hilliard road (by Rogers house) the entry and exit are being worked hard by the skidders and the trail is a bit difficult to follow at the very begining (and end obviously). But if you park down by the gate at the bottom of the orange trail (paddy hollow) you should be un-affected by any logging at all.
