Many apologies about this morning. For the past 2 months I have had a reliable wake up call in either my brother in law who wakes up at 5 to get ready for work, or my daughter who has been waking up at 5 to eat. My brother-in-law never came home last night and my daughter decided to wake up at 5:37 instead of 5:00. Guess its back to the old alarm clock.

This won't happen again on Thursday if you decide to try again.


By the way, are you the same Joe that I used to spin with in PJ's 5:05 spinning class??

Even though riding at 5:30 in the morning is really crazy I decided to give it a try anyway since I have a 24 hour race coming up and I need to practice riding in the dark. It was so dark I couldn't find Ken any where. I did find Joe and after a bit we rode to 114 and back to Loverin Hill and around. Nice hour ride. It did eventully get light out.

I did end up riding this morning. I rode hard enough to catch up to Dana and we road to the Croydon Fire dept and back. Legs are still a little sore from the race and riding hard enough to make up 2 minutes on Dana probably wasn't the smartest idea.

Dana and I are going to be riding again on Thursday. This time I will have my alarm clock and Dana is going to call to make sure I wake up. We are planning on doing the Loverin -> Brighton -> Fletcher -> Oak Street hill loop, so if you want to ride you are going to need either a cross or mtb bike.
