I'm pretty sure I saw you running in the afternoon? Did you run twice?

No replies, so I decided to sleep in and run in the afternoon instead.
It looked like you got some mud yesterday, nice...

Sounds like something I would have done Joel, "sleeping in and running later".

Helped Jesse, Adam, and a bunch of NEMBA guys most of the day yesterday with Trail work at Page Hill in Alexandria. When I got home I went for a ride around the Oak St Loop on my mtb to get an accurate distance for calibrating my bike computer. After I calibrated my bike computer I rode the proposed Baklava Blow Out course to see how it works out distance wise.

I got muddy earlier in the day but didn't think I was that dirty when I saw you?

Saturday I did the Pleasant Climb trail run race.

This morning I feel like I got steam rolled. Not sure why???

I wish I knew you were going in the afternoon - I would have gone. Though i must say that I have a new found respect for race volunteers after volunteering from 4am to 3pm yesterday at the vt50. Wow, that was a lot of work. See you Thursday!
