I am planning on doing some interval training tomorrow, Sunday July 23 on the Oak Street hill. Not sure how many I will be able to do, but if interested, meet me at Jiffy Mart tomorrow at 5:30 in the morning.

If you would like to, but can't make 5:30 am, let me know and maybe we can work out a different time.

Well, I found out that I am going to need many more interval sessions. I rode the oak street hill slow the first time to warm up. Then I did 2 sprints with enough time between to recover. At that point I decided that I'd had enough for the day. I was extremely out of breath, tired, dizzy and my legs felt like I was laying in a bed of hot coals. My stomach wasn't feeling that good either. I road the hill one last time at a nice steady pace and then finished the oak street loop and went home. A successful first session of HIIT training, and many more to come

Here is a little bit on HIIT training.

I personally follow the Super High Intensity Training method.

Dan must have done the super duper high intensity training over the winter.
