I assume the trail group is still meeting at 6 Thursday night? I'll be there, but will be staying on the oval for some intervals....Yasso style.
Im thinking about 5 or 6 x 800m @ GMP. Total mileage with warm-up and cool-down will be in the 7-9 mile range. All are welcome to join in at your own paces.

I will not make it for the Thurs. trail runs for the next two weeks.
