Looks like the trail elves have been at it again. I see what looks like some freshly blown single track and some large downed tree removal on Eastside. I believe this happened just before the last little snow / sleet event.

Does anyone want to get an organized trail day set before weekend become booked. I ran some of the trails the other day and didn't see much wood in the way, just a lot of leaf litter.
 
Alone in the woods, who stands to be King?

Nathan, it's definitely that time of year. Some things are mostly cleaned up but the vast majority is still needing it.

This weekend is not looking real good for me. I already have a lot going on, so it would be tough to fit a time slot in there for organized trail work. I might be able to get a couple hours together Sunday 12:30ish to 3:30ish. Liam and I have been out hiking the trails M,W,F and cleaning up what debris we can (which isn't much). Like you said it's mostly leaf blowing at this point. I have ran into one or two things which require a saw, small tree on upper Barton near the Pinnacle Summit and I feel like I have seen a couple of things on Coit.

I would be up for a big clean up day next Sat (May 11th) or we could break up the trails in to one person chunks and each take a chunk.

Anyone already planning on trail work this weekend? Post up and let us know what you did, what you plan to do, or what's left so others know where to focus their efforts.

Liam and I have been working on the trails East of Summer when we get a chance doing some light raking. Some of these were previously cleaned by the mystery crew.

- Eastside is pretty good.
- Brian's Trail newly raked
- Midway Traverse newly raked
- Lower Barton Woods ok, upper partially raked
