I added a new section to LL the other day: Aids & Stats, with some basic race distances and an IronMan proportionate distance chart. The chart was the real generator. Being on the 10 year plan to an IronMan (or is it the 40 year plan), I occasionally cross train and thought it might be good to train with proportional swim/bike/run distances.
I hope someone other than myself finds this useful somehow.
Let me know if people have any other information that might be good on the Aids & Stats page and I'll try to post it there.
