Some new strongmen moved the new bench up to the Pinnacle. Probably a better spot, but it took some strength.

It looks as though a jeep messed with forest trail causing multiple deep ruts.........DOes anyone have a solution besides raking earth back into the ruts by hand?....I will lock the gate at cheney street today.

Not sure how best to fix the ruts. But it may be a good time to discuss prevention. Would it be possible to get a couple boulders delivered and placed at the base of the hill? Make it just wide enough for the snowmobiles to squeeze through.

I think Brian's on the right track, I saw those the other day on my run. All the way up North Trail to where the old Inner North loop starts where a big tree is down. I was not impressed.

I think several sets of boulders would be in order, 1 set at South & Cheney, 1 set at Forest & Cheney, 1 set at end of Upper Loop near the Water Towers. Prevention is our only recourse I think.

Sounds like a job for the Highway Dept. loader. Do you want to show Steve D. Where you want them PJ?
