Anyone interested in an easy road ride a little after 5 today?

I interested Dan but won't know if I can go until later.

My only concern is that it gets dark earlier now and I prefer not to ride on the road at dusk. What time do you think you can get out?

I should say, I don't know if I can go at all, and won't probably know until then. The time doesn't sound bad.

Yeah, it's getting darker earlier now, I didn't leave to do the Stoney Brook loop on Monday until after 7:15 pm, coincidentally it was really dark at 8:40 when I got home, despite hoofing it from Georges Mills, and taking 11 home from the end of Jobs Creek Rd.

Dan, I'm a go for as early as you can start. Some time shortly after 5 will be fine. Let me know where you want to meet. My house would be good if that works for you?

FYI, the roadies might be riding from the high school at 5:30 if that interests you at all? I don't care either way.

Typical TP easy night. We more or less stuck together with the rest of the roadies on the way out route 10 to exit 14, coming back was a different story. Mike from S&W made it clear pretty early he was planning to sail that wind all the way back and that was just too much fun to pass up. Glad to see Dan still has it after GG, Mike definitely kept the pace rolling when Dan and I couldn't, but by and large Dan & I did 30% each I'm guessing and Mike 40%+ but we worked together and cruised the 15 miles in an average of 27.6 mph. Hard to believe Dan did the Route 10 Sprint at nearly 27 mph all by himself. I'm sure on a good day the 3 of us could have gone faster, but it was fun just the same.

Dan looks like you were right, it must have been Dana because he just posted a nice time for the Pinnacle Challenge road loop tonight.

Good job Dana. Nice to see you are out at it again.

Thanks, Yes, and it was I, just back from a week in Baltimore/DC area.

First day back, out for a ride to see where I am at...

Randy and I are running a 10 mile trail run in Nashua this weekend.

Figured I would build up my running stamina for the Pinnacle VIII in case I have to run most of it.
