my elbow is still messed up from last Wednesday so I will be doing a road or trainer ride.

I was wondering about your elbow Dan, sorry to hear it's still bothering you. It is my intension to do a road ride today at some point as well, not 100 percent but I hope to. I'm going to run first and how I feel after will determine when and if I will road ride to0.
