I plan on hitting the road for the Loverin Hill Loop tonight followed by a trail run on the Pinnacle Challenge course if anyone is interested in joining me.
If not, I will catch you Mtbers somewhere in the great forest.

I know Dan is road riding and this is the reverse of what I had in mind. Are you going hard or is this just a training event?
I was thinking a 7.5 mile road run followed by whatever ride I had time and energy left to do, does that interest you at all? I'm going fairly easy pace today. I need to run but haven't been on road bike since Labor Day.

I'll be MTBing tonight... maybe the Pinnacle Challenge course to start and something else if there is still light.
Does the trail run take in Brian's switch back or turn onto Summer St before it? Also, does go down Snake Alley?

According to the maps, neither use Brian's trail and only the bike does Snake Alley: http://www.team-pinnacle.org/media/pdfs/2006_challenge_trails.pdf. I know we didn't run Brian's trail don't really remember mtbing.
PJ, the maps are correct aren't they?

I remember riding Brian's trail last year.

The switchbacks were part of last year's challenge, at the last minute so the maps were not updated. I will an updated map to Ryan shortly.
Yes we added Brian's swithchback the last minute to get the extra distance. I have an idea, so hold off on the new maps. The Trail run started up Brians and then came up North Boundary to Summer street.
