Anybody up for a double ride on Wednesday. Mtb course then Road bike course? Good training for the TPC. 5:30 Wednesday at High School.

I told Jason that I would show him the new TPC MTB course this Weds. So I'll be there...

If manage to get out of work on time, I'll head out for the road run at 5:00, back by 5:33. I should be able to join the festivities thereafter.

Sounds like fun to me , but I have only one bike. So if I can finish work in time I'll join in Marks idea for a pre-run...However its been years since I've done any running . Sooo, I'll probably hit the pike around 4:45 (or asap) and wait to see at what point Mark passes me !

I am going to try to get there as well; anybody interested in the MTB course then the trail run? I'll pack both bikes and the running shoes just in case.

Nathan,
I hope your wrist is OK from the nasty endo caused by that weird spin of your chain. Hopefully you can heal it up by Kingdom Trails.
Best Wishes, Dana 8)

Perhaps I should actually pay attention before responding.
Hope you heel up Nathan, we really don't need any more serious injuries from TP this year or any other for that fact.

Thanks for the concern Dana, I didn't even notice my hand until my father mentioned it at dinner tonight, funny since I couldn't even squeeze my water bottle last night. 4-Advil and I'm all good, better living through chemicals!
