We will mark the Trail run and Mtn bike this weekend for preriding. There will be a few arrows that will have run marked on them. Follow these for the run. The Mountain bike course and trail run follow the same course with the exceptions of a couple of trail run shortcuts.

Course will be marked at the trail junctions.

See you out there.

PJ,

Please post if you need volunteers to help with the race on Oct 7. I can probably help out if you need someone to assist.

I would rather see you race.......... but if you insist, I can easily find work for you.

Saturday evening...put up transisition, Sun morning bike racks, course check, then marshalling upon race start. We probably need more marshals than anything. So you can plan on that.

Anyone else like to help out?

Brian,

I have my Trek back. If you're interested, you can take it and ride it for while to see if it fits you. We're in the book in Sunapee.

FYI, Two bee stings just above the left ankle and several bees pestering me 3/4 of the way up the ski jump stairs this morning.

That's no good. Sounds like bee spray is in order.

Glad to BEE the one to find them, its still burning. I think Mark and Ken stirred them up, because they were a few seconds ahead me. Randy said he didn't notice them when he went through about a minute later.

Your right though, it will probably cool enough on race day to keep them dormant.
