Randy was the silver medalist in Men's 55-59 Age Group : 5:13.76 : He came from 11 seconds back with 3 laps to go (200 meter track) to outkick the bronze medalist. Although the "world record holder 50-59" beat him by 30 seconds.

I finished 14th out of 17 in 50-54 Age Group in 5:38.08.
