5/20 attendance: Nathan, Lori, PJ, Ryan, Randy and Dana

Randy and I will be there. Easy pace, no drop (running)

Laurie and Koreen Bridgeo will run the trails at 5:45pm (both about 10+ minute pace on the road).

The trails are in such great shape and the bugs are so few it makes running the Pinnacle pure pleasure. Come join us on Tuesday 5:30PM.
No drops, lots of props.

Dan, I hope your shoulder is OK, great recovery on that roll down the log.

Laurie and I may not make it in time next Tues as we are arriving at MHT at 3:55pm. See you all at SIX IN THE STIX. 8)
