I went to East Hampton Ct. Sunday for the race. Rain all the way there during the race and all the way back home. Should have been billed as a mud fest. Took first in Sport 50+ only 6 of us in class. Had a real good race with the same guy I raced at Hop Brook. Had another come from behind win. I love that 29er on the go fast roads, climbing and fast single track. not so much on technical. Results should be up in a couple days.

It's a small detail, but the inside of the vents in the back of Dan's helmet are covered in mud. Of course, it's the back of the helmet that the roadies will see when Dan goes blazing by them in the Sunapee road race. No other explanation needed, is there?
