Jack Chapman installed a memorial plaque for Manchester Waterworks in memory of Ethan Howard on the large boulder on Fire Line. He was the forester who really opened the door for FOMBA to build the trails in the watershed. Without him, there would be no trails and the Wahoo and Turkey Burner would not have happened.
