WOW! A fabulous day was created in our town forest, and all who volunteered were a huge part of the success. We saw a huge increase in racers, yet the event went off as smooth as ever! No way to say thank you enough for all the perfectly executed work. And no telling how big this thing might get if we keep giving the racers such a good experience. This will be a big boost for the PTO with over $2,000 raised this year. On behalf of the all the racers, I say thanks and look forward to doing it all again in 2010.

For a while I was standing at the entrance to the toboggan chute and I caught two runners that were coming out of Forest Trail and turning onto Cheney street. I told them they were off course and they turned around. I am not sure where they missed the right arrow.

I am sorry to say that many of the the pictures I took today are blurry so only a fraction of them will be posted in the next day or two.
