The course is fast, the day is short..... The timing crew is the best.... If anyone wants to run......sign-up this week, we have 156 signed up now. If anyone would like to volunteer ( marshal, registration, timing) let me know and we can work on an arrangement for you.... race starts at 10AM, and will be done by 11:00...Love to have some help. PJ

Assuming decent weather we should do a bike ride after the 5k. Who is in and is it road or mountain?

50 miles on the road sounds good. Not sure about the casual pace though. Do we ever manage that?? -- Ken   "If you brake, you don't win." Racer Mario Cipollini

Weather is looking like a typical Sunshine 5k day. I will probably forgoe the riding on Sat and hope for the best on Sunday. Saturday I will likely work on the berm after instead. Wet dirt packs better. Ryan
