I am looking for a few good men to help fill out a local team for Reach the Beach Relay. There are 10-11 Ladies who have had a few get injured and they don't want to drop out the whole team. We need 1 definite for the venture. They need 12 for a team...... You will get to run 18-23 miles with hundreds of other beach seekers. The date is the Sept 16th (Fri) and I can give more details if you are interested.

The team is just trying to finish and have a good time, not trying to break any land speed records. The spot is paid for already......You will just need sneakers and a couple gu's.

I am the alternate for my wife as her knee is a bit busted up, so it is likely I will joining the fun.

Yeah, this is a great race. This was my 3rd RTB relay and I can honestly say its one of my highlights every fall. Its a great race and loads of fun. I was actually talking with a few friends about putting together a competitive team for next year. I am definitely interested in RTB 2012 and think a Pinnacle team would be awesome.

Pictures are being gathered. Once I have a disc in hand I will get them uploaded to TP site.

I also plan to write up a race report when I have sufficient time. This will be a long one and probably only have 1/4 of what I could write.
