For those that are interested, I was thinking about doing a bi-weekly "BRICK" workout to get and stay in shape for the triathlons.

I was thinking we could organize it somewhat like the weekly Wednesday rides. We could do any combination of MTB/Road bike and Trail/Road run.

Obviously this wouldn't start for a little bit, but is anyone interested?? I am planning on doing them anyhow, but groups of people always make it more fun.

I have atleast 1 taker as long as the "Brick" is done at 5am, which is actually the best time for me anyhow.

There are a few of us that plan on tying bricks to your bike this year, will that count?
