I am looking for a center seat for a canoe to use at this weekend's adventure race in Portland Maine. Does anyone have one I can borrow?
Thanks, Chris

IF you got 2, we want the lighter one made of titanium.

I can't wait to hear about the results from this race.

Actually we are racing them, too. But in this adventure race they are our friend, not foe. If there is a way we can help propel them to 1st, we will and vice versa. If one of us gets lost, the other team can aid in their recovery. Either way it would appropriate for a pint at Gritty's after the race.

The real question is what happens if the 2 teams are coming to the finish together?!?!??!

Not surprisingly, I am with PJ on this one. I would be thrilled to come in neck and neck with Team Pinnacle ... because I think it would mean we both had great races and that we both went faster because of the friendly competition. That would be much more valuable to me than crossing the line first.
So Ken ... I think the answer to your question is this ... Everyone will be smiling ear to ear, knocking knuckles, and looking for full beer glasses to clink together if we finish together (well ... except for the 17 year old kid we will have racing with us).
