At this site on lower left corner click on document WMSR for details. I signed up. Looks like fun four days after the Prouty.

The Working Man's Stage Race is an excellent event. The Cat 5 race consists of:
6.6 Mile TT on Tuesday Night on Rolling Hills in Amesbury, MA
26.6 Mile Circuit Race on Wednesday Night on a similar circuit
13 Mile Points Race on Thursday Night at Star Speedway (a 1/4 mile oval that rides like a bigger track than Claremont ... with sprints every 5 laps).

I have done this race every year since 1990. It has been one of the focal points for the Sunapee/S&W Racing Team over the past 3 years (and will be again this year). Last year we finished guys 1st, 6th, and 11th in the Master's Race; 1st in the cat 4 race; and 2nd in the women's cat 3/4 race.

If you are going to do this race, you should go to Claremont on Tuesday night to hone your points racing skills. Loudon is another option on Thursday nights ... especially next week when we will be racing on the oval!
