The Newport Rec is offering spinning classes on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday nights at 6pm, starting this Sunday. On November 13th it is offering classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 AM, for those interested in the early bird special.

Classes are either $2/class or 10 for $18 bucks.


Cycledepot Thursdays will begin again soon as well.
