For the second time in two years, I think I dislocated my shoulder yesterday while riding. It popped right back in within 2 seconds, but while out it did hurt quite a bit. Now I need to lay off of the mtn bike, rest and then road-ride for a while. Anybody else have this kind of issue?

It happened while on "Bear Trap" I think it is, just after the wall/bridge...hit a root and the bars slammed right and pulled my left hand/arm and shoulder with it.

I rode home after (paved roads from Sand Hill Road to Sunapee). Just went slow.

Concrats to all on the good race results from yesterday. Dexter (novice, Vet) is the guy I met a couple of times on the trails. He did really well also.

One of the guys we ride with over here near the CT river has a bad shoulder that can drop out at any time. He wears a brace type thing that keeps it all together.

Sorry to hear about the accident Javy. It happened to me many years ago in a motorcycle accident Out then back in. It's the kind of deep pain that makes you nauseous as well as it being intense at the location.
